Today it was really hot again. The highest temperature today was 100 degrees!! Ahhh.. we're melting!! (which reminds us, there were some candles outside, and yesterday night mommy discovered that they had melted.. BOL!)
So, with all the heat and our even warmer coats, our humans decided to play with water in our backyard.
The human siblings took out the slippin' slide (which is a plastic slide you place on the ground and then you run towards it, jump, and slide all the way across.), and the first one to use it was Kena.
Then, after a while, Kena got bored of the slippin' slide and started diggin' and stuff. So mommy took her, washed her up, and then set her to dry on a chair.
Then the humans took the slippin' slide off (the grass was getting too muddy) and set it to dry. But Maya still wanted to play. So she played the hose game fur a while.
Then, to have more fun, the human siblings took out their water guns and played with Maya (the guns replaced the hose).

My grandma lives in Livermore and she told me that it was really hot out there. You girls sure found a great way to cool off! Looks like fun....for dogs. For me, I like to keep my furs dry!

You guys are really having some hot weather. Right now our temperature is 44° - a little chilly.
Papa and I (Hershey) play frisbee in the back yard and then I get to go for walks with Mama.

Yep - it is hot here too! And as the swamp cooler pump was broken we had two days of 100 INSIDE the house, ahhahahahahahahaha! But it looks like you are having great fun out there!!!
