Catch-up Post : Walkie and Award

Ok, here's another catch-up post!! :P

On the day we returned from Koobuss' pawsome pawty, we rested the whole morning!!! We took really deep naps. And in the afternoon, our humans said the magic words: "Let's Go!". And as soon as we heard those two words, we ran to the front door and stood still as they put our leashes on.

When we were out the front door, instead of turning left fur our usual walkie, our humans told us to get in the car. Yay!! We automatically knew what this meant!!! DOG PARK!!!!

We were so excited, and the whole way we stuck our heads out the windows to feel the wind blowing on our faces. You gotta love that feeling!!









Then, when we arrived there and got off the car, we were tugging our humans the whole way to the dog park fence, and we mean TUGGING... hee hee!!
There were some doggies in the little doggy section, so we went in there first. (Usually we go to the big doggy side because there are no little doggies in the little doggy side since the few that are there are in the big doggy side).



We had fun sniffing new pups and running around!! And as always, we chased each other and played rough with each other, and our humans had to reassure everyhuman that we weren't fighting, that this was our idea of fun.

Then, Kena went to have a drink at the water bucket, but she preferred to cool down COMPLETELY. (Our humans seem to think she acts more like a labrador when she's around water). She also dug in the water and started circling inside it.



Since Kena had made the water all dirty (because she was running in dirt), one of our humans moved the little bucket of water aside and started filling up the big one so that the other dogs could drink in it while Kena played in the other one (she didn't let anyone drink from the one she was playing in). But then Kena heard the sound of running water and when she saw it, she ran over there and drank straight from the fountain.



She wouldn't let other doggies near the big bucket now. (She would stare them down)



But as soon as Kena got away from the water, Maya made a move and took advantage of the fact that Kena wasn't puppy-guarding anymore so that she could get a drink of water.



After we had some fun running around in the little doggy section, we moved on to the big doggy section, where we really belong!

And then, a few minutes later, we were pooped!! So we headed back home.



Our humans were disgusted by Kena, she was covered in dry mud, and they had not brought towels to put on the car seats, so when we arrived home, the car seats were a completely different color.. hee hee!

Also, we hadn't posted about the award we got from our good pal Thor!

On February 17th, he gave us the "You are Toadally Awesome!" award!! We were so happy!! Thank you so much Thor!! We're honored to receive this award!!





This award is a pawsome award, and we think everysingle one of our pals are awesome!! It would be really hard to pick just some.. so we're gonna break the rules this time and pass it on to everyone!! We truly love you all!!
